Alcohol And Drug Policy Commission Claims Analysis Of Oregon's Substance Use Disorder Continuum Of Care
The State of Oregon, through the Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission, is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct a comprehensive claims analysis of the state’s Substance Use Disorder continuum of care. The selected contractor will analyze data from the Oregon Data Collaborative All Payer Claims Database to evaluate service utilization, access, and outcomes across prevention, treatment, and recovery systems. The project includes developing methodologies to compare historical claims data from 2016 to 2023, generating updated analyses for 2024, and producing detailed reports and visualizations for policymakers and the public. The contractor will also provide subject matter expertise, recommendations, and best practices to improve system performance and inform statewide addiction planning efforts. This work supports the Commission’s mandate to enhance evidence-based services and optimize resource allocation across Oregon’s healthcare system.
