Each LMD funds maintenance of public landscaping, sidewalks, block walls, pocket parks, open space, trail amenities, storm basins, and supplemental preventative street maintenance within its boundaries, under its own funding parameters. The consultant serves as the City's LMD administrator, working with Engineering, Finance, and Community Services-Parks and supporting the City Clerk with agenda and public-hearing materials.
