The San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide engineering and administrative services for its assessment districts. The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing annual engineer’s reports, calculating and apportioning assessments, maintaining parcel and assessment databases, and coordinating with agency staff and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supporting public outreach, preparing assessment rolls, submitting levies to the county, handling billing exceptions, and tracking delinquencies. The consultant will also provide reporting and data in compatible formats for financial and operational use. The goal of this engagement is to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient administration of annual district assessments that support flood control infrastructure and services. The contract is expected to begin in Fiscal Year 2027/28 and may be renewed every five years based on satisfactory performance.
