Coaching, Performance Evaluation, Mediation and Facilitation Services
The City of Vancouver is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide professional and executive-level coaching, performance evaluation, mediation, and facilitation services on an on-call basis. The intent is to establish contracts with up to three service providers to support internal staff, leadership teams, and organizational initiatives. Services include leadership coaching aimed at enhancing strategic thinking and executive presence; structured performance evaluations involving multiple stakeholders; mediation services to resolve workplace conflicts through neutral facilitation; and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and strategic sessions to improve collaboration and decision-making. These services will be delivered as needed and may involve individuals, groups, or committees. The contract term may extend up to five years with a not-to-exceed total value of $300,000. The City aims to improve organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and internal communication through these professional consulting services.
