Computer Aided Dispatch and Geographic Information System Data Entry
The State of California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection is soliciting bids for professional data entry and technical support services related to Computer-Aided Dispatch and Geographic Information Systems. The selected contractor will provide skilled labor, program-specific expertise, and training to support emergency response operations at the Santa Clara Unit Headquarters Emergency Command Center. The scope includes maintaining and updating Geographic Information System datasets such as road centerlines, boundaries, and address points, as well as performing Computer Aided Dispatch database updates and mapping integrations. The contractor will also assist with response plan updates, event-type maintenance, and the implementation of the Fire Danger Operating Plan. In addition to data entry, the contractor will provide training to staff and ensure accurate and timely data management within dispatch systems. These services are critical to supporting operational efficiency, emergency coordination, and data accuracy for fire protection and emergency response activities.
