Document Scanning Services
The City of Jurupa Valley is seeking qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive document scanning and digitization services for various City departments. The selected consultant will be responsible for scanning physical records, including letters, maps, drawings, and photographs, and converting them into digital formats compatible with the City’s document management system. Services include document preparation, indexing, quality control, and secure handling of sensitive materials. All scanning must be performed on-site to ensure documents are not removed from City property. The consultant will also assist with organizing records, maintaining tracking systems, and ensuring proper metadata and file structuring for efficient retrieval. The goal of this project is to reduce reliance on physical storage, improve accessibility of records, and enhance operational efficiency through digitization. The consultant must ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely turnaround of scanned documents while adhering to City standards and compliance requirements.
