Environmental Utilities Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition and Historian Data Repository Updates
The City of Roseville is seeking qualified consultants to evaluate, upgrade, or replace its existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system and Historian Data Repository. The current systems are outdated, with legacy infrastructure that presents challenges in performance, maintenance, and security. The project is structured as a two-phase procurement process. Phase I focuses on qualifications and technical capability, while Phase II requires detailed technical proposals and cost estimates. The scope includes modernization of SCADA systems across water and wastewater treatment facilities, transition to more flexible and scalable platforms, and implementation of a cloud-based data repository solution. Additionally, the City is exploring optional upgrades to its Laboratory Information Management System. The selected consultant(s) will provide system design, implementation, integration, training, and ongoing support while ensuring minimal disruption to critical utility operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
