Multnomah County Department of County Human Services is seeking qualified individuals and organizations to provide equity-focused training facilitation and curriculum development services under its Preschool for All initiative. The goal is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of early childhood education providers through culturally responsive, anti-bias, and trauma-informed approaches. Services include designing and delivering training programs for diverse learning environments such as in-home childcare, centers, and schools, while ensuring accessibility for participants with varied language and learning needs. The selected providers will collaborate with county staff to embed equitable practices into early learning systems, support inclusive classroom environments, and address systemic disparities affecting marginalized communities. The contract may involve curriculum design, training facilitation, assessment development, and ongoing program evaluation.
