The City of Sacramento is seeking a qualified consultant to design and implement a comprehensive community engagement process and develop a strategic action plan for the Food Literacy Floyd Urban Farm. The project focuses on activating a one-acre urban farm near Leataata Floyd Elementary School to improve access to healthy food, enhance mobility, and support air quality initiatives. The selected consultant will lead outreach efforts, facilitate a 16-member community advisory committee, conduct data collection and analysis, and coordinate workshops and pilot activities.
