Jefferson County is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide grant administration, environmental review, and labor standards compliance services for a food pantry project funded through the Oregon Community Development Block Grant program. The selected consultant will act as the central coordinator for grant-related activities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, managing documentation, monitoring project progress, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement processes, preparing reports, managing environmental assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and administering labor standards enforcement. The consultant will also assist with public engagement, financial tracking, and project closeout activities. This engagement supports the County’s effort to secure and effectively utilize grant funding for infrastructure development while adhering to strict regulatory requirements. The project is expected to begin in late 2026 and continue for approximately 18 months.
