WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council (PacMtn), the nonprofit administering federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs across Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific and Thurston counties in Washington, is seeking a vendor to update its regional Industry Cluster Study. The study, first completed in 2012 and last refreshed in 2022, identifies the strategic industry clusters that organize state and local workforce and economic development planning under Substitute House Bill 1323. This update is being issued in partnership with the Evergreen Coast Economic Development District so that PacMtn's strategic plan aligns with the region's current Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy.
