The RFP contemplates services continuing through Games-time operations and post-Games closeout, while funding remains subject to University need and availability. If performance will be authorized incrementally, please describe the anticipated use of fiscal-year authorizations, options, amendments, task orders, or other mechanisms for subsequent phases.

Please clarify the intended division of financial-management responsibilities between the selected consultant and CSUDH Finance and Procurement personnel. Should proposers assume that the consultant will provide project-level budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis, funding or cost-recovery analysis, and executive reporting only, or should the proposed level of effort also include transactional activities such as invoice review or processing, purchase-order tracking, reconciliation, accounts-payable coordination, or similar functions?
Scope/requirements
▶
For pricing and staffing purposes, please identify any currently anticipated Games- time operating period, onsite coverage expectations, daily or extended-hours requirements, and on-call or escalation coverage for the selected consultant. If these requirements have not yet been determined, please confirm that proposers should develop and price a recommended Games-time coverage model based on stated assumptions, with any later material change addressed through the Agreement's change-control process.
