(Summarized from the RFP)

The City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department (MUD) is seeking proposals for a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for the laboratory that serves its Water, Wastewater and Stormwater enterprises. The laboratory supports the Wastewater Recovery Center, which treats an average of 28 million gallons per day and must regularly test its discharge to the San Joaquin River against State and Federal requirements under the City's NPDES permit. The agreement term is five years, and the City intends to make the contract available to other public agencies through cooperative purchasing.
