The County of Sacramento is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from architectural, engineering, and specialty consulting firms to establish a pool of pre-qualified prime consultant teams for on-call services. The selected firms will support a wide range of capital improvement projects across County-owned facilities, including correctional institutions, administrative buildings, libraries, medical facilities, and parks. Services include project management, design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, and construction-phase support across multiple engineering and architectural disciplines.
