On-Call Engineering Services for Water and Wastewater Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems
The City of Huntington Beach is seeking qualified control systems integrators to provide on-call engineering services for its water and wastewater Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. The selected consultant will support system design, integration, programming, reporting, maintenance, and cybersecurity upgrades. The work includes maintaining and enhancing SCADA infrastructure that supports critical utilities such as groundwater wells, reservoirs, pumping stations, and sewer lift stations. The City’s current system utilizes VTScada software, programmable logic controllers, and virtualized server environments.
