The City of Victorville is seeking qualified environmental consulting firms and specialists to provide on-call environmental services supporting municipal projects. The selected consultants will assist the City in fulfilling its responsibilities under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and, when applicable, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Services include preparation of environmental documentation, technical studies, regulatory permitting, agency coordination, public review support, and construction-phase environmental compliance. The City intends to establish a pool of consultants to provide flexible, task-based support across a range of projects such as transportation, housing, public facilities, and capital improvements. The goal is to ensure timely and legally defensible environmental clearance, maintain eligibility for funding, and secure necessary permits. Contracts will be issued on an as-needed basis with defined scopes, schedules, and budgets per task order.
