The Seattle Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified legal firms to provide on-call land use legal services in support of its housing development and redevelopment initiatives. The selected firm will offer legal counsel on regulatory compliance, zoning, permitting, and environmental requirements at the federal, state, and local levels, including compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and State Environmental Policy Act. Services will include preparing and reviewing legal documents, advising on real estate transactions, drafting agreements, and representing the authority in legal proceedings related to land use and development. The firm will also support environmental documentation, building performance compliance, and due diligence reviews. This contract will be structured as an on-call agreement, with specific work assigned through individual work orders.
