On-Call On Demand Staffing Services
The Seattle Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified staffing agencies to provide on-call, on-demand temporary staffing services. The selected consultant will supply pre-screened and qualified candidates to fill a range of administrative, technical, accounting, and information technology roles on an as-needed basis. Services include candidate recruitment, screening, background checks, skills assessment, interview coordination, and onboarding support. The consultant will act as the employer of record, handling payroll, benefits, compliance with employment laws, and other administrative responsibilities.
