The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call sustainability consulting services in support of the San Luis Obispo County Airport and Oceano Airport. The selected consultant will assist with implementing sustainability initiatives outlined in the County’s Infrastructure and Operations Optimization Plan. Services include sustainable planning, design, and construction support; climate, energy, and greenhouse gas management; water efficiency and conservation; waste management and materials sustainability; and climate resilience planning. The consultant will provide technical expertise, data analysis, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders to advance environmental goals. Work will be assigned through task-based work orders, allowing flexibility in scope, schedule, and budget. The objective is to enhance environmental performance, improve resource efficiency, and support long-term sustainability and resilience across airport operations and infrastructure.
