On-Call Training and Coaching Services
The Seattle Housing Authority is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call training and coaching services to support its workforce in achieving organizational goals aligned with its mission and strategic plan. The scope of work includes leadership development coaching for supervisors and senior leaders, as well as team-based training across various departments. Topics may include culturally responsive practices, trauma-informed customer service, community engagement, and other relevant professional development areas. The selected consultants will deliver services on an as-needed basis through work orders, supporting human resources and other operational units. The objective is to enhance leadership capacity, strengthen team performance, and promote effective service delivery in a complex public housing environment. The contract may extend up to five years, with an initial one-year term and optional renewals.
