We noticed the bid materials reference a market research consultant. Would you be able to share: a. The name of that person or business? b. The vendor's scope of work for this project, including their deliverables, responsibilities, and the accompanying timeline? c. And/or possibly a copy of the contract you have with that vendor so that we can better understand the difference in duties among marketing, engagement facilitation, and communications strategy? Sharing the contract as executed might be simplest in taking care of Q1a-b, too.
