The City of Fresno Airport Department is seeking qualified financial consulting firms to provide professional services supporting revenue planning and development at Fresno Yosemite International Airport. The selected consultant(s) will assist in developing methodologies for rates, fees, and charges, as well as contracts and leases for airport operations. The scope includes financial forecasting, feasibility studies, capital planning, and support for bond financing and grant applications. Additionally, consultants will contribute to strategic planning initiatives such as air service expansion, cargo development, and non-aeronautical revenue opportunities. The work also involves compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations and preparation of financial analyses related to airport concessions, passenger facility charges, and infrastructure investments. This RFQ aims to enhance the airport’s financial sustainability, optimize revenue streams, and support long-term operational and economic growth.
