Pierce County is seeking qualified professional land surveying firms to provide on-call surveying services in support of its Planning and Public Works Department. The selected consultant(s) will deliver a comprehensive range of surveying services on an as-needed basis, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, aerial photogrammetry, GNSS control surveys, and legal description preparation. Additional services may include bathymetric surveys, utility location, wetland boundary delineation, and right-of-way and easement surveys. Work assignments will be issued through task orders based on County needs, and there is no guaranteed quantity of work. Consultants must adhere to Washington State surveying standards and provide detailed deliverables, including digital drawings and reports compatible with County systems. The contract is anticipated to span an initial term of 12 months with potential extensions, supporting ongoing infrastructure, land management, and public works projects across the County.
