WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The City of Stockton Public Works Department is seeking a firm to provide five years of locally funded professional support for the D4 traffic signal controller software that runs the City's traffic signal network (City Project No. WT15022). The City operates more than 300 traffic signals and HAWK beacons, all on controllers running the D4 operating system, which the City licenses from Advanced Traffic Solutions, LLC and runs on Siemens/Yunex M60 and McCain EX2 controllers managed through a KITS central traffic management system. Because every signal depends on D4, the City needs the software to run reliably, remain usable, and have issues resolved quickly.
