King County is seeking qualified contractors to provide project management, community outreach, and volunteer recruitment services in support of ecological enhancement initiatives. The work will be performed on an as-needed, work order basis and focuses on environmental restoration efforts including habitat improvement, water quality protection, and ecological function enhancement. Contractors will support activities such as planting, invasive species control, pesticide application, site preparation, and ongoing monitoring of restoration sites. Additionally, firms will engage in public outreach efforts, including door-to-door engagement and coordination of volunteer programs to support project implementation. The selected contractors will assist the County’s Department of Natural Resources and Parks in advancing its environmental goals, including restoring fish and wildlife habitats. This Request for Qualifications establishes a pool of pre-qualified vendors for a five-year contract term, enabling flexible deployment of services across multiple projects within King County.
