The City of Sacramento is seeking proposals from qualified ServiceNow registered partners to provide technical services supporting its existing ServiceNow platform. The selected vendor will assist in enhancing, maintaining, and optimizing the City’s Information Technology Service Management system, which supports a wide range of municipal operations. The scope includes development, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of ServiceNow solutions, along with providing strategic recommendations for system improvements. The City expects vendors to collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts to define project requirements, develop solutions, and deliver training and documentation. Services will be provided on a project-by-project basis, with flexibility to scale resources as needed. The initial contract term is one year, with options for annual extensions based on performance and funding availability. This engagement aims to improve operational efficiency, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the continued reliability and advancement of the City’s IT infrastructure.
