Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking a vendor to continue the Statewide Imagery Consortium by providing orthoimagery products and related services for use by Washington state agencies, local governments, tribal organizations, public safety entities, municipalities, public utility districts, and other consortium members. The selected vendor must provide statewide orthoimagery coverage with reasonable temporal consistency, color infrared four-band imagery, metadata, and products delivered in uncompressed GeoTIFF format for WaTech on-site hosting in UTM projection. Licensing must allow consortium members unlimited access, use of the data in perpetuity, access for commercial firms performing contracted work for covered government entities, and a streaming service for consortium partners. Vendors must also address imagery quality standards, availability timelines, quality control support, public disclosure considerations, optional Digital Surface Model data, and the ability for agencies to purchase expanded coverage or higher-resolution imagery separately.
