The selected vendor will be responsible for managing all aspects of claims administration, including new, open, and reopened claims, ensuring compliance with Washington State regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders such as employees, medical providers, and regulatory agencies. The scope includes claims investigation, benefit administration, reporting, audit response, and coordination of return-to-work programs. The contractor will also provide data management services, including maintaining a claims database, generating reports, and offering online access to claims information. Additional responsibilities include regulatory reporting, training County staff, and providing strategic recommendations to improve claims handling and cost efficiency.
