The Washington State Department of Health is seeking a qualified contractor to administer the Washington Personal Responsibility Education Program (WA PREP), a federally funded initiative focused on educating youth about pregnancy prevention, sexual health, and related outcomes. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive support services to intervention partners, including school districts, juvenile rehabilitation facilities, and community-based organizations. Services include outreach and recruitment, needs assessments, curriculum selection and implementation, educator training, parent and caregiver engagement, and program evaluation.
