Placer County's Department of Public Works is seeking qualified consulting firms to establish six separate Qualified Lists for on-call, as-needed professional services spanning wastewater, water, recycled water, solid waste, and groundwater disciplines. The six service categories are: (1) Water, Recycled Water and Wastewater Systems Consulting, Design and Construction Management; (2) Water Quality Monitoring and Regulatory Assistance; (3) Material Recovery Facility, Transfer Station, and Composting Facilities Planning, Design, Permitting, and Construction Management; (4) Landfill Operations, Engineering and Landfill Gas Systems Design, Construction, Quality Assurance, Monitoring, Maintenance and Operation; (5) Solid Waste Program Planning, Regulatory Compliance, Outreach and Technical Support; and (6) Regional Groundwater Planning, Monitoring and Management. Firms may submit qualifications for any or all categories, with a separate submittal required for each.
