Youth Development Programs RFI
The County of Los Angeles Department of Youth Development is issuing a Request for Information to identify qualified youth-serving organizations and service providers interested in supporting regional Youth Development Networks. This initiative aims to build coordinated, community-based ecosystems that provide comprehensive and culturally responsive services to youth aged 12 to 26, particularly those impacted by systemic challenges such as foster care involvement, justice system interaction, housing insecurity, or community violence. The RFI seeks information on programs that offer enrichment activities, workforce development, mentoring, case management, and crisis response services. Additionally, the County is interested in providers willing to collaborate in collective action networks across designated Service Planning Areas. Responses will help inform future partnerships and potential solicitations. This is not a procurement opportunity but a market research effort to better understand available services and capabilities within the region.
