2026 and 2027: Call for Artists for the Art in City Hall Program
The City of Pasco invites local artists to submit artwork proposals for the 2026 and 2027 Art in City Hall Program. The initiative aims to showcase the talent and cultural diversity of artists in the community by displaying their artwork at Pasco City Hall, a high-visibility public space. The program seeks to beautify the civic environment while celebrating the region's heritage and identity through visual arts. Artists residing in Franklin, Benton, or Walla Walla counties who are at least 13 years old are eligible to apply. Selected artists will collaborate with the Pasco Arts and Culture Commission to curate the final exhibition and prepare works for display. Accepted mediums include painting, sculpture, photography, textiles, and digital media. Artwork will be exhibited for approximately three months beginning in Spring 2026. The City will also promote selected artwork through its social media and digital communication channels. This program supports community engagement, cultural representation, and public access to local creative expression.
