2026 Pavement Assessment Services
The City of Vancouver is seeking qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive pavement condition survey for approximately 310 centerline miles of city streets west of Interstate 205 in 2026. The selected contractor will perform walking pavement distress inspections using the Metropolitan Transportation Commission MobileRater™ application and upload collected data into the Metropolitan Transportation Commission StreetSaver® pavement management system. Services include rating pavement conditions in accordance with the 8 Asphalt Concrete and 7 Portland Cement Concrete distress protocol, implementing a structured quality control program, conducting periodic re-ratings for accuracy verification, and ensuring all data is uploaded prior to November 1 of the rating year. The initial contract term is one year with potential extensions up to five years total.
