Ada County is soliciting qualified professional planning consultants to prepare a comprehensive update to the county’s long-range Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Idaho land use planning statutes. The selected consultant will lead public engagement, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, mapping, and policy development. The consultant must facilitate public meetings, support statutory hearing processes, and produce draft and final plan documents, implementation tools, and GIS-based mapping products.
