Ada County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) for the Ada County Sheriff’s Office Forensic Laboratory in Boise, Idaho. The selected solution will enable the laboratory to securely collect, manage, store, analyze, and share digital evidence, including images, videos, documents, and metadata. The system must support automated workflows for digital evidence intake and management, integrate with existing software such as JusticeTrax and Adobe Photoshop, and maintain comprehensive audit trails and security controls that comply with Criminal Justice Information Services standards. Vendors must provide implementation, configuration, licensing, training, technical support, and ongoing maintenance services.
