Ada County Juvenile Services Case Management System
Ada County Juvenile Services is seeking proposals for a secure, modern, and configurable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Juvenile Case Management System to replace its legacy Idaho Juvenile Offender System and related manual processes. The new system must support case intake, detention management, diversion, probation supervision, clinical services, program participation tracking, reporting, and cross-division collaboration. The system will serve approximately 135 users and must include role-based access controls, compliance with Criminal Justice Information Services and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act requirements, reporting tools, audit trails, data encryption, and disaster recovery. The vendor will provide implementation, configuration, training, go-live support, ongoing hosting, maintenance, and technical support.
