WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The County of Los Angeles Aging & Disabilities Department is seeking a vendor to supply a successor Software as a Service case management system for its Adult Protective Services program. The new system will replace the existing hosted solution that supports data collection, reporting and tracking of all Adult Protective Services activity. The department delivers these services through a combination of County-operated programs and contracted public and private service providers, so the platform must support both groups of users at the scale of the nation's largest county government.
