Air Quality Modeling, Permitting, and Planning Services
The City of Boise is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide air quality modeling, permitting support, and long-range air quality planning services for projects associated with its Water Renewal Facilities. These services will support infrastructure upgrades, regulatory compliance, and expansion projects at the West Boise and Lander Street facilities, which collectively treat approximately 10 billion gallons of wastewater annually. Consultants will assist the City in meeting regulatory requirements established by the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, including preparing Permit to Construct applications, conducting air quality modeling, performing ambient air impact analyses, and evaluating permit conditions. The consultant may also conduct air sampling, maintain emission source inventories, and produce technical reports documenting field activities and analytical findings. Work will be assigned through a task order process and may support multiple capital improvement projects over time.
