HOW TO SUBMIT
Proposals must be submitted electronically as email attachments to the Solicitation Coordinator, Lee J. Florea, at Lee.Florea@dnr.wa.gov. Files must follow the naming convention: 27-01_RFP_Bidder Name_Proposal. Attachments must be in Microsoft Word or PDF format, with a maximum file size of 30 MB per email. All submitted forms and documents must bear the signature of an individual authorized to bind the Bidder. The complete submission package includes: Exhibit A – Bidder's Certifications and Assurances Form; Exhibit A Item 8 – Exceptions to Terms and Conditions; Exhibit B – Performance Requirements and/or Specifications Form; Exhibit C – Subcontractor Inclusion Plan (if applicable); Section 3.3 – Technical Proposal; Section 3.6 – Cost Proposal; and staff and/or subcontractor resumes. Late proposals are not accepted and will be automatically disqualified. DNR does not assume responsibility for problems with the Bidder's email system.
