Airport Master Plan
The City of Vancouver is seeking qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Airport Master Plan for Pearson Airfield. The selected consultant will prepare a Master Plan Report and Airport Layout Plan set in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5070-6 and related guidance. Services include conducting an Airport Geographic Information Systems survey, evaluating existing conditions, preparing aviation forecasts, assessing environmental considerations, identifying facility requirements, developing and evaluating alternatives, and producing an Airport Layout Plan drawing set. The project also includes preparation of a capital improvement plan, financial analysis, land use compatibility review, land lease map updates, and public involvement programming. The master plan will guide future airport development while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local aviation requirements. This contract is federally funded and requires familiarity with Federal Aviation Administration standards and procedures.
