Annual Tax and Levy Consultation Services for Community Facilities Districts
The County of San Benito is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide annual tax and levy consultation services for Community Facilities Districts (CFDs). The selected consultant will support ongoing CFD administration, including annexation processes, special tax calculations, and compliance monitoring in accordance with California Government Code provisions. Responsibilities include reviewing governing documents, assessing parcel eligibility, preparing annexation documentation, coordinating public notices, and supporting Board of Supervisors proceedings. The consultant will also assist with annual levy administration, respond to public inquiries, and resolve tax assessment issues.
