The County of Orange, through its County Executive Office – Real Estate division, is seeking qualified firms to provide professional real estate appraisal services on an as-needed basis for the 2026–2031 period. The selected contractor(s) will deliver valuation services for property acquisition, disposition, leasing, condemnation, litigation support, expert testimony, market analysis, and related real estate advisory services in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The agreement will serve as a Regional Cooperative Agreement allowing subordinate contracts for County departments and other California public entities.
