WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

Hillsboro School District 1J in Oregon is seeking written proposals from qualified architectural firms to form a pool of design teams for its 2026 Bond Program. The District intends to award contracts to multiple firms, and individual projects or groups of projects will then be assigned from the pool based on relevant experience, specialized expertise, and the capacity of each team to meet the needs and schedule of the assignment. Selection to the pool does not guarantee a fixed volume of work, and awards depend on the bond measure passing. Only architectural firms are selected through this solicitation; sub-consultants are chosen later during contract negotiations.
