The City has selected Brookfield (BCUS Acquisitions LLC) as master developer, and Brookfield will prepare the Concord Reuse Project Specific Plan covering at least 2,465 acres. The selected consultant works for the City, under the Director of Community Development, alongside Brookfield's own consultant team.
