Sound Transit is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide on-call audit assurance and advisory services to support the agency’s governance, compliance, and risk management functions. The selected consultant(s) will assist with evaluating and strengthening internal controls, monitoring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and supporting oversight initiatives to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. Services may also include advisory support related to financial management and funding compliance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, infrastructure planning oversight, information security, data governance, business continuity planning, and program compliance activities such as grant administration and procurement management. Work will be issued through task orders over the life of the contract. Sound Transit intends to establish a three-year contract term with two optional one-year extensions.
