The Washington State Department of Natural Resources is seeking qualified vendors to provide an Aviation Maintenance Tracking and Inventory Management System for its Wildland Fire Management Division. The system will support the Aviation unit in tracking aircraft maintenance activities, managing work orders, and controlling spare parts inventory for a fleet of eleven rotary-wing and two fixed-wing aircraft. The agency is open to commercially available software, subscription-based platforms, custom-developed solutions, or hybrid approaches. The selected solution must provide secure, standardized workflows and comply with Washington State information technology policies and standards. Implementation, integration, and ongoing support services are required.
