Alameda County Health is seeking a qualified contractor to provide professional consulting, technical assistance, and administrative services to support implementation of the Behavioral Health Services Act programs and related behavioral health initiatives. The selected contractor will assist the Alameda County Behavioral Health Department and its partners with planning, implementation, compliance, and operational management of behavioral health programs that serve residents across the county. Services include identifying strategies to improve behavioral health service delivery, supporting compliance with federal and state regulations, managing fiduciary responsibilities, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and conducting program evaluation activities to support continuous quality improvement.
