The selected consultant will assist CPUC in developing, maintaining, and updating the California Broadband Cost Model, which is used to evaluate broadband deployment costs throughout the state. Services include analyzing broadband funding areas, developing proposed Last Mile Funding Areas, updating model assumptions, assisting with BEAD and Federal Funding Account programs, evaluating applications, and producing written analyses for future rule revisions.
