The City of Irvine is seeking qualified firms to provide bond underwriting services to support its municipal financing activities. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to establish a pool of experienced underwriting firms that can assist the City with issuing various types of debt, including Community Facilities District and Assessment District bonds, as well as Lease Revenue Bonds. Selected firms will support the City throughout the financing process, including advising on market conditions, structuring bond issuances, assisting with documentation, coordinating with financing teams, and marketing and selling bonds to investors. The City intends to select a lead underwriter for each issuance from the approved pool based on project needs. The contract is expected to span multiple years, enabling ongoing financial advisory and underwriting support aligned with the City’s capital improvement and infrastructure financing strategies.
