Building Improvement Program Program Architects
The City of Beaverton is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide professional design services for its Building Improvement Program, which supports improvements to commercial storefronts and tenant spaces in Downtown Beaverton and along Allen Boulevard. Through this program, architects will assist business and property owners who receive design grants by developing conceptual and final architectural designs for façade and customer-facing interior improvements. Selected consultants will work closely with City grant managers and participating businesses to conduct project meetings, produce conceptual drawings, prepare bid-ready design packages, and obtain contractor cost estimates. The program is intended to enhance the visual appeal of commercial districts, improve customer experience, and attract investment in local properties. The City expects to establish blanket agreements with up to three architectural firms to provide services on an as-needed basis over a potential five-year contract period.
